About the Role

We are seeking a Data Privacy Compliance Officer to join our information security department at Manpower Core Group Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's information security and privacy practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Your primary responsibility will be to review and assess our organization's information security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with our information security policies and procedures.

You will work closely with our risk management leaders to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to our information security practices. Additionally, you will handle information security incidents and data breaches investigations, as well as provide advice to business unit leaders on issues related to information security.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in data privacy agreements, contracts, and service level agreements. You should also have experience in infosec audits, including ISO certification. If you have a strong understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA/HITECH, POPIA, PIPEDA, and Australia/New Zealand privacy laws, that would be an added advantage.
