Software Solution Developer Position

VirtueStaff is on the lookout for a talented professional to join our innovative team as a Software Solution Developer. This role combines designing, developing, and implementing software solutions with creating efficient automation processes.


Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications tailored to meet client needs by analyzing requirements and specifications.
  • Create and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions that meet expectations.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing software and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Document software and automation processes for future reference and training purposes.

  • Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions to team members to enhance overall quality and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record as a Software Developer with a focus on automations and ability to work independently.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript and experience with automation tools like Zapier, N8N.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrating different software systems along with strong communication skills and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work with documentation skills.
