European Financial Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our finance team as a financial analyst.
About the RoleThis position will work closely with the finance director and be an integral part of the European finance team. The successful candidate will provide strong analytical and reporting skills, in addition to communicating with initiative owners around actuals tracking (financially), and heavy assistance with KPI / Milestones tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Review accuracy of business cases submitted by initiative owners in project management platforms.
- Communicate with all initiative owners around actuals tracking (financially), and heavy assistance with KPI / Milestones tracking.
- Support initiative owners in forecasting, budgeting and assessing risks and recommend a plan to bridge gaps.
- Create reports around variance analysis on a monthly or potentially weekly basis.
- Contribute in other financial activities such as accounting close & reporting processes.
- Support finance's goal to continuously improve the quality, efficiency and value of financial information produced, via financial tools and operational efficiencies.
- Support in all integration financial aspects and ad hoc activities.
- At least 3 years post qualification experience working in financial analysis, accounting, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in financial analysis, accounting, management consulting or similar.
