About This Role
We're seeking a highly skilled individual to support onsite activities across markets, delivering seamless shopping experiences. As part of our team, you will focus on executional excellence from refreshing product pages to maintaining site accuracy and content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting performance reviews and site checks to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and updates for weekly reviews.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation actions.
  • Executing onsite refreshes across homepage, PLPs, CLPs, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Maintaining and updating onsite content such as banners, menus, search terms, and influencer/UGC features.

Critical success factors include achieving 100% of Hong Kong & International Online targets, driving YoY growth in traffic and CR, and delivering 100% accuracy in onsite content updates.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field (internship/entry-level experience welcome).
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications, or other relevant fields.
  • Proficient in basic copywriting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and financial metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
