We're seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, event coordination, and lead generation activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
The role involves drafting, editing, and managing external communications, writing and refining copy for marketing materials, and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure all messaging aligns with company goals.
Additional responsibilities include developing marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all materials and platforms, and supporting lead-generation efforts through research and organization of contact databases.
The successful candidate will also track engagement metrics, recommend improvements for digital visibility, and coordinate with internal stakeholders on messaging and creative approvals.
As part of this role, you'll plan, organize, and support both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars. You'll manage event timelines, deliverables, registrations, booth preparations, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities- Draft, edit, and manage external communications, including email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and promotional content.
- Write and refine copy for marketing materials, social posts, and presentations with consistent messaging and tone.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure all messaging aligns with company goals.
- Develop marketing assets, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and event signage, while ensuring brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Support lead-generation efforts through research and organization of contact databases.
- Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements for digital visibility.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on messaging and creative approvals.
- Plan, organize, and support both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, registrations, booth preparations, and logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Literature, or related field is welcomed.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience in the tech industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in event planning and/or supporting cross-functional projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Notion, and Apollo.
- Strong analytical mindset for reporting and data interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
