Senior Finance Leader

This is a high-level finance leadership role responsible for developing and implementing an innovative financial ecosystem to support rapidly scaling educational ventures.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive finance leadership, with expertise in US GAAP, integrated financial reporting, and ERP platform optimization. They will collaborate directly with senior leaders to influence expansion strategies, budget frameworks, and vendor relationships.

The Senior Finance Leader will design and implement a streamlined financial infrastructure that fuels multiple education businesses through their hypergrowth phases, eliminating inefficiency while maximizing scalability and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and evolving an AI-integrated financial ecosystem supporting rapidly scaling educational ventures.
  • Crafting strategic decisions that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes.
  • Providing expert written feedback on Deep Dives and Improvement Plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues.
  • Engaging in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory adherence.
  • Orchestrating seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance.
Requirements:
  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA).
  • Minimum 10 years in progressive finance leadership positions (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or comparable roles) with demonstrable advancement.
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions.
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting.
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity organizational structures.
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with Big 4 accounting firms, from either perspective.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement.
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.
