We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to manage our online presence and engage with our community.

  • Develop and implement online strategies to drive brand awareness, growth, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and grow our online presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Create and curate engaging content including visuals, blog posts, and user-generated content campaigns.
  • Collaborate with influencers and niche creators to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and questions in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital communications and community engagement.
  • Understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
  • Self-starter capable of balancing multiple brands and projects.
  • Strong creativity and writing skills to craft a brand's unique voice.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with user-generated content campaigns and influencer collaboration.
  • Familiarity with customer demographics in the United States.

This role plays a key part in establishing and managing the brand's presence across multiple online platforms to engage and grow a diverse audience.
