Product Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to join our team.

This role focuses on analyzing digital product usage and defining key metrics to inform product roadmap prioritization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field, and excellent communication skills.

  • Analyze user behavior across the product to identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and track key product metrics, such as activation, retention, and engagement.
  • Perform in-depth analyses of new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments.
Data Analysis & Instrumentation
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Monitor data quality and work with teams to resolve inconsistencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings clearly.
  • Create dashboards and self-serve tools to enable data access across teams.
Decision Support
  • Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses.
  • Help prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
QualificationsRequired:
  • 2+ years in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and experience with analytics tools.
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
  • Strong communication skills – able to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
  • Exposure to event-based tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and partnering with cross-functional teams.
