Full Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a talented individual who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights and enjoys delivering clean, scalable, production-ready code.

Job Overview

This position involves designing, building, and scaling our analytics dashboard application. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will work across the stack—data pipelines, APIs, and UI—to create a seamless analytics experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract actionable insights from large datasets and design workflows to automate action on those insights.
  • Develop and maintain APIs (Node.js/Nest.js) and user-facing dashboards (Angular/TypeScript) with dynamic tables, charts, and filters.
  • Write architecturally sound, modular, and extensible code with thorough unit test coverage (TDD/BDD).
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Debug production issues, optimize performance, and implement fixes quickly and effectively.
  • Contribute to an Agile/Scrum environment, consistently shipping high-quality software on time.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience building analytics dashboards with dynamic tables and data visualizations.
  • Expertise in Angular and TypeScript for front-end development.
  • Strong Node.js development experience, preferably using Nest.js framework.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (500+ lines) and optimizing query performance.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready code in collaborative environments.
