Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in uncovering valuable insights from data and driving business growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and client data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and sales cycle dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, client segmentation, and territory planning.
  • Support forecasting, segmentation, and quota-setting initiatives.
  • Improve CRM data quality, reporting structures, and process automation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience using Salesforce as part of daily work responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Proven experience using Salesforce software for managing data and supporting business processes.
  • A curious and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and coherent communication of data-driven insights, valuing diverse input and stakeholder needs.
