Learning Consultant for Data Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Learning Consultant to join our team in Manila. As a Learning Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting COO staff by managing and delivering projects according to agreed plans, contracted deliverables, and scope.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a dynamic learning environment and be able to write and verbally communicate effectively. They will also be keen to collect feedback to improve the learning content, network and build a learning community, and be creative and curious.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects according to agreed plans, contracted deliverables, and scope.
  • Oversee the management of activities of the project delivery teams to ensure deliverables are being completed to defined expectations.
  • Maintain frequent and detailed communication with all members of the team to ensure clarity at all times.
  • Identify, communicate, and where necessary escalate deviations from plan without unduly affecting stated objectives and benefits.
  • Proactively manage foreseen project risks and mitigate issues as they arise.
  • Implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
