At PRIMELINE PRODUCTS PHILIPPINES INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of our building.

The successful candidate will oversee repairs and maintenance works, particularly carpentry, civil, architectural, and other general works. They will also assist in ongoing and upcoming renovation projects as needed.

  • Conduct regular checks and inspections of the building premises, including walls, ceilings, floors, etc.
  • Maintain the general upkeep of the building through regular checks.
  • Repair or replace broken doors, windows, glass, walls, ceiling, etc.
  • Perform minor repair and renovation works such as painting, new office setup, wall partitions, doors, etc.
  • Carry out construction-related work requirements such as masonry, tiling, painting, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and other related works as needed.
  • Complete assigned special projects that are necessary in the building.
  • Provide service reports for assessment of reported problems and concerns.
  • Conduct electric and water meter readings every month for billing and monitoring purposes (if necessary).
  • Regularly check and inspect all equipment in the building, including transformers, generators, elevators, pumps, air conditioning, etc. (if necessary).
  • Check and monitor control panels for Fire Protection and Alarm System, Elevators, STP, etc. (if necessary).
  • Inspect and monitor the building perimeter, offices, and common areas during shift schedule (if senior building maintenance is not around).
  • Monitor electrical, mechanical, and other work-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide service reports for assessment of reported problems and concerns.
  • Act as a reliever when the assigned building maintenance is not at work.
