Responsibilities:

  • Verify that all building equipment are functioning within their specified operating hours.
  • Collaborate with technical personnel to specify equipment requirements and maintenance programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of technical personnel's activities and equipment service providers' maintenance programs.
  • Negotiate and manage all maintenance contracts and agreements for critical equipment.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels for repairs and maintenance materials, implementing a stock card system for documentation.
  • Monitor and record utilities consumption (electricity, water, and diesel fuel) and compare utilization with approved standards.
  • Implement the Energy Management Plan in conjunction with building representatives and contractual technical personnel.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
  • Participate in testing and commissioning of equipment and machineries according to proper T&C procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of resident fit-out units, monitoring compliance with approved guidelines and plans.
  • Ensure timely submission of relevant permits and insurance for unit renovations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Building/ Property or Facilities Engineer in residential properties or office buildings.
  • Willingness to be assigned within Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Manila, and Taguig.
