Our internship program provides students with the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain a deeper understanding of the field. Throughout your internship, you will be assigned tasks that align with your skills and interests, allowing you to grow professionally and personally.

Responsibilities
  • Desktop Support: Install and configure desktop operating systems, hardware, and peripherals, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Set up printers and perform basic troubleshooting on desktops, providing prompt support to employees.
  • Monitor incidents, request tickets, and respond to chat support queries as first-level support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist clients with desktop movement and assist in IT inventory management, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform desktop maintenance and complete tasks assigned by the IT Lead or Manager, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
Qualifications
  • Graduating students with a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent are preferred candidates for this role.
  • Hardworking individuals willing to be trained and able to render 1800 work hours are encouraged to apply.
  • Provide a Memorandum of Agreement from the school, endorsement letter from the school, and waiver, ensuring compliance with company policies.
