Job Title: Advertising/Marketing Coordinator

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an Advertising/Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the wellness sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the ad creative production pipeline, from concept to media buyer handoff.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking production details across vendors, freelancers, and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery without sacrificing detail or velocity.

We're looking for someone with meticulous attention to quality control, who can conduct thorough checks on all creative assets and escalate any compliance or brand guideline issues as needed.

Maintaining organized repositories for creative assets and affiliate documentation is also crucial for this role.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing creator relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, platform setup, and campaign management.

Detailed weekly Meta ads performance reports will be delivered by the successful candidate, highlighting winning and losing creators, concepts, and hooks, and collaborating with media buyers for deeper insights.

Requirements:
  • Energized by a fast-paced startup environment.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing coordination/project management at a CPG or wellness brand.
  • A proven track record of managing creative pipelines and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with paid social, affiliate marketing, and TikTok Shop, including working with freelance creators.
  • Familiarity with agile product management systems and methodologies.
  • Basic analytics skills and knowledge of key paid social advertising metrics.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Availability during USA working hours.
