Social Media Advertising Specialist

The Paid Media Assistant will provide critical support to the digital marketing team in executing and managing social media advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Configure advertisements on self-service platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
- Prepare documentation, screenshots, and review materials for client and internal approval.
- Manage internal and client-facing email correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.
- 2-5+ years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in creating structured documentation (proofs, screenshots, campaign records).
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work U.S. hours and stay responsive in a remote environment.
