As a Romance Novel Editor, you will be responsible for reviewing manuscripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. You will work closely with authors to refine their work, ensuring that every love story shines on the page.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional editing experience in contemporary romance
- Advanced command of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting
- Eye for detail and deep respect for the genre's pacing and emotional beats
- Organized, reliable, and able to balance multiple manuscripts at once
- Benefits:
