In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Auto Loans Underwriting Division, ensuring timely processing of applications, and compliance with company policies. You will also propose policy changes to mitigate risks and enhance revenue.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitor division productivity and performance, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase productivity and mitigate risks.
  • Manage hiring, training, retention, career development, and performance appraisal.
  • Coordinate with other Heads on credit process effectiveness to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee AML functions, ensuring compliance with AML laws, regulations, and BSP Circulars.
