Customer Experience Specialist

Job Overview
Avaloq is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of service delivery, including client relationships, issue resolution, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact point for client-related requests or issues.
- Coordinate activities with relevant stakeholders, including regional delivery organizations and internal consulting teams.
- Support projects during design and build phases, ensuring a smooth transition into operations.
- Develop and maintain effective processes and procedures in complex multi-system, multi-site environments.
- Monitor and report on service operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent and avoid incidents.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working within collaborative service and operational team structures.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing complex teams.
- Good understanding of the banking business and its interaction with IT services.
- Knowledge of SLAs, service monitoring methods, and tools.
