Skillful Talent Acquisition Expertise Sought

As a key player in our organization's workforce development team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end talent acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify talent gaps and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct phone screens, candidate assessments, and interview coordination to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Maintain weekly hiring activity reports and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to maintain accurate records and compliance.
  • Participate in employee orientation tasks, including welcome sessions, systems onboarding, and policy briefings.
  • Attend and participate in regular HR and team meetings to stay informed about organizational initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Cultural competency and inclusive recruitment practices to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
