Skillful Talent Acquisition Expertise Sought
As a key player in our organization's workforce development team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to identify talent gaps and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Conduct phone screens, candidate assessments, and interview coordination to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Maintain weekly hiring activity reports and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to maintain accurate records and compliance.
- Participate in employee orientation tasks, including welcome sessions, systems onboarding, and policy briefings.
- Attend and participate in regular HR and team meetings to stay informed about organizational initiatives.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Cultural competency and inclusive recruitment practices to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
