Intelligent Credit Risk and Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team in developing innovative credit risk and collections systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development, with experience in building production-grade AI solutions.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying AI-powered credit risk and collections systems that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Familiarity with LLM-based agentic workflows and conventional machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with Python programming language and its applications in AI and ML.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native development and containerized deployment with Docker/Kubernetes.
Key Skills
  • Expertise in RAG pipelines and AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, or Pydantic AI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with fine-tuning methods such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
  • Proficiency in MLOps and observability tools, including MLflow, Kubeflow, LangSmith, or Langfuse.
