Customer Service Representative Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to support our inbound and outbound customer service initiatives. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote new products and services all while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within a reasonable distance from our office.
