Job Title: Zoho Expert

We seek a skilled professional to migrate and optimize our business operations, utilizing the capabilities of Zoho One.

The ideal candidate will oversee a seamless transition, enhance workflow efficiency, and effectively manage the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate data with minimal disruption using Zoho APIs and automation tools.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Establish integrations with third-party platforms using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect.
  • Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Evaluate and implement security measures, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Zoho functionalities and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Ongoing System Maintenance: Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven expertise in Zoho One, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Analytics.

Strong knowledge of automation tools, such as Deluge scripting, Zapier, and Make/Integromat.

Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with e-commerce and payment gateways.

Background in business process automation and optimization, preferably in retail industries.

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.

Detailed-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.
