Job Title: AR Customer Service Representative

Role Summary

IBM is seeking an experienced AR Customer Service Representative to join our team in QUEZON CITY. As a key member of our Enterprise Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while resolving outstanding payments, addressing disputes or issues, and assisting with order releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding balances
  • Investigate and address customer complaints or concerns related to invoices, payments, or order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
  • Support sales in order fulfillment related issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer master data, cash applications, dispute resolution) to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably in a B2B inbound environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
