Data Research Specialist

This is a key research position within the Business Development team. As a Key Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying and organizing high-quality data to support our outbound sales efforts.
The successful candidate will have experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation roles. A strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a bias towards action and iteration.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and refine scraping workflows to identify qualified homeowners, brokers, and property listings across multiple platforms.
- Maintain and evolve clear filters for what constitutes a qualified lead based on market, property type, and ownership profile.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in data research, scraping, or lead generation roles.
- Experience setting up and managing a first-class CRM.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A self-starter with a bias towards action and iteration.
