We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are set up correctly and that financial data is accurately recorded.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating business operations including project setup and financial record-keeping;
  • Preparing and setting up CLS records;
  • R_forecasting projects based on Project Managers' instructions;
  • Troubleshooting inter-project time and expense transfers;
  • Ensuring correct revenue recognition (POC%, cost, revenues, WIP, backlog);
  • Interpreting project results, deviations, underlying causes, and corrective actions;
  • Monitoring work in progress & unbilled receivables;
  • Maintaining forecast and actual project billing dates;
  • Closing projects on the system in a timely manner;
  • Continuously improving processes by challenging and initiating changes;
  • Preparing and updating process documentations in compliance with standard project accounting processes;
  • Communicating with Project Managers/Team Members in the Region for assigned tasks;
  • Preparing files or reports needed for Project Review meetings;
  • Providing assistance in generating and distributing draft invoices and credit memos to Project Teams for review and approval;
  • Ensuring supporting documents are attached to the invoice per Project Managers' requirements;
  • Performing other duties as required by Team Lead/Manager.
