Aircraft Load Coordinator Role

The Load Coordinator plays a crucial part in ensuring aircraft loading safety and efficiency. To be successful, the candidate will apply strict operating procedures and safety protocols at all times, while maintaining accuracy by using up-to-date aircraft data.

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply Standard Operating Procedures to ensure timely calculations of EZFW or payload for Flight Dispatch/Pilot-In-Command.
  • Plan efficient aircraft loading to maintain Ground Stability during offloading/loading processes.
  • Segregate special/DGR loads according to IATA DGR Manual and airline requirements.
Qualifications
  • Diploma equivalent or higher education.
  • Minimum 02 years' experience in related aviation roles or overall job-related experience.
  • IATA Dangerous Goods training certification.

A top-performing Load Coordinator will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
