We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance our project management processes. This role requires expertise in refining workflows, integrating subcontractor collaboration systems, and creating user-friendly dashboards.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Enhancement:
    • Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart or similar software
    • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions
  • Comprehensive Workflow Management:
    • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle
    • Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes
  • Cross-Party Collaboration:
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties
  • Subcontractor Collaboration System:
    • Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms
  • Dashboard Development:
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users
  • Team Onboarding and Training:
    • Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Improvement:
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes
