Dynamic Support Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to partner with the founder of a fast-growing real estate business, serving as the strategic backbone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and manage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners as the primary point of contact.
  • Optimize the founder's dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and ensure preparedness and timeliness.
  • Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals to keep priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
  • Handle professional and personal travel logistics end-to-end, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
  • Manage personal logistics to ensure the founder's life runs smoothly, including personal appointments and coordinating tasks.
  • Identify and address administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager roles, preferably supporting founders or executives.
  • Experience in the real estate industry (US, CA, AU, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional, world-class communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
