Job Overview

Solution Assessment Consultants play a critical role in the customer experience and quality of assessment services delivered, helping organizations define roadmaps to achieve strategic goals.

The Role

This member will be responsible for managing portfolios of Solution Assessments, utilizing best-in-class Microsoft platforms such as QS Solutions Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT), Azure Migrate, Lab3 Dr Migrate, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presales, Kickoff and Scoping: Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, articulating relevant benefits and outcomes realized through assessments.
  • Discovery: Determining optimal platforms to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing executive summary assessment reports.
  • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to customers and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting seamless customer transitions into post-assessment actions with relevant teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions, and related solutions/tools subject matters.
  • Assessment discovery platforms – practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage stated platforms.
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals.
  • Experience in deploying Cloud solutions and architectural design is desirable.

  • Working familiarity with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, interacting with and reporting on data.
  • Self-direction and focus on quality, with ability to apply independent judgment to accomplish objectives.
  • Experience in any area(s) of IT, Systems Administration, Windows or Linux OS, Networking, etc.
