Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Oversee project timelines and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365).
Desirable Skills:
  • Keyword research.
  • Editorial calendar planning.
  • Content brief preparation for various formats.
  • Blog/article writing with good English grammar.
  • PR experience including press release creation and virtual networking.
  • Project management and coordination skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
