Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Examine and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow to optimize financial performance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to inform business decisions.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proven experience as a financial professional or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
