Customer Support Team Lead

Fresh Prints is a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel start-up. Our team is passionate about building something from the ground up, and we're looking for someone to help us take it to the next level.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced customer experience professional to lead our team of CX Associates. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing communications with customers, setting and tracking team metrics, and ensuring all goals are reached. You'll also conduct one-on-one meetings with your direct reports and with the VP of Operations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Development, with at least 2+ years in a team lead/people manager role. You should have strong analytical and organizational skills, be able to make decisions without direct supervision, and have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is a must. This role requires someone who is comfortable working night shifts.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $1250 to $2000 per month, plus a night shift allowance. You'll also receive health insurance reimbursement and tons of learning opportunities.
