Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects from start to finish.

  • Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews.
  • Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms).
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
