CLC Marketing Ventures Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process from start to finish.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure approved layout plans are implemented.
  • Monitor installers' commute expenses and mode of transportation.
  • Ensure installations are completed with client acceptance signed and a certificate of completion issued.
  • Conduct site inspections and measurements as necessary.
  • Assist the project manager in preparing daily schedules.
  • Supervise and monitor daily installation activities on site and at the office.
  • Report back to the project manager on jobs or any issues during installation.
  • Prepare work orders for back jobs and discuss with the project manager.
  • Assist the project manager in monitoring work orders to ensure all back jobs are completed with acceptance.
  • Prepare daily installation progress reports with photos on site.
  • Monitor installers' attendance and overtime.

**Requirements:**

  • Engineering/Architecture graduate.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the manufacturing field.
  • Knowledgeable in modular cabinets, office partition, basic carpentry, and site measurement.
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila and own service vehicle.
  • Willingness to work in San Juan City.
