Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules for team members.
  • Coordinate projects from start to finish, tracking deadlines and progress.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials and presentation slides.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, prioritizing urgent matters.
  • Conduct research and gather insights for team members and senior leaders.
  • Track task completion and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management or executive virtual assistance.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, and other business tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
