Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and address issues to ensure successful project completion.
  2. Vendor Collaboration: Oversee the end-to-end process of setting up new gyms, working closely with vendors during the fit-out period.
  3. Maintenance and Warranty Period Oversight: Post-setup, ensure all maintenance issues are addressed promptly within the warranty period by coordinating with internal teams and vendors for timely rectifications to avoid operational disruptions.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure all Anytime Fitness corporate clubs are in strict adherence to local laws, zoning regulations, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in gym management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
