Training and Development Role

As a member of a global learning and development team, you will collaborate with colleagues to design, deliver, and improve training solutions for assigned business units. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with management, performance consultants, and subject matter experts to translate business outcomes into actionable learning objectives.
  • Developing project plans, identifying subject matter experts when necessary, and creating engaging learning programs.
  • Delivering high-quality learning experiences, facilitating discussions, and analyzing solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating and delivering training programs within assigned geographic locations or globally.
  • Communicating program requirements with managers and participants.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in training consulting would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Self-motivation and teamwork are crucial.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience is required.
