Job Title: Learning Services Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to prepare customer service representatives for effective job performance. This involves providing new hires with product knowledge, company information, and essential customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver training sessions, including lesson plans, content creation, and equipment reservation.
  • Provide clear instruction using various techniques and activities, maintain a positive learning environment, and evaluate learner mastery.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and end-of-training reports, and submit them to relevant parties.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify areas for improvement in CSR performance, recommend training initiatives, and develop action plans to remedy deficiencies.
Required Skills and Qualities:
  • Technical: Project Management skills and MS Office
  • Non-technical: 3 years of university studies completed; at least three years of experience in a call center or similar industry; good verbal and written communication skills

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training delivery, curriculum development, and project management, with a passion for helping others grow and develop in their careers.
