**Job Overview**

Vision Express Philippines is seeking an experienced Optical Sales Director to lead our store teams in delivering profitable operations and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will provide valuable feedback and input to support the different departments in Head Office, ensuring stores receive the correct product assortment, competitive pricing, promotions, and competent doctor and store personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage store teams to achieve sales growth and meet revenue targets
  2. Determine effective strategies for COS operations to deliver quality products and services
  3. Develop and implement sales plans to drive business objectives
  4. Lead a sales team to drive performance and achieve results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the optical industry
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a sales team
