  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve store operations.

  • Developing and implementing plans to improve merchandising and visual displays.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency across all aspects of the business.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
