Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify as-built drawings and relevant site information submitted by Site Engineers.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and specifications for various design elements.
  • Create initial layout plans for projects.
  • Develop 3D representations or renderings as needed.
  • Approve minor layout changes due to engineering or budgetary constraints.
  • Recommend design-specific materials to conceptual designs.
  • Prepare project documents and specifications for cost estimation.
  • Resolve stakeholder concerns and queries.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a College degree in Architecture, have relevant work experience, and be licensed as an Architect. A robust architectural design portfolio, particularly in a commercial setting, is essential. Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp is also required.
