Direct Operations Manager

Our team plays a key role in shaping the future of our business as we transform and drive growth through innovative products.

As a Direct Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end operations of retail stores within your assigned territory, working closely with support teams to ensure a seamless consumer experience across all touchpoints. Your goal is to consistently meet targets and KPIs while ensuring operational excellence and compliance throughout your stores.

  • You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and volume expansion within your territory, leveraging market trends and customer insights to inform your approach.
  • Conduct store visits to gather information on market conditions and develop effective retail strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and adapt your strategies accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating program implementation, providing coordination and reportorial support as required by program owners.
  • Collaborating with IT, Digital, and CSC teams to enable integration into retail channel operations and provide meaningful testing and feedback.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Addressing customer concerns promptly and ensuring timely resolution, acting as second-level escalation for critical cases.
  • Leading area sales managers and store managers under your assigned territory to achieve business objectives.
