We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill this critical role.

This position involves developing engaging digital content, supporting product development, and collaborating with businesses to ensure successful integration and utilization of our tools.

The ideal candidate will create interactive learning materials, psychological exercises, and assessments while helping businesses integrate our tools into their organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create digital courses, exercises, and assessments on mental well-being, resilience, and personal development.
  • Develop written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.
  • Help refine psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation.
  • Contribute to product development, working with AI and digital mental health tools.
  • Stay updated on mental well-being trends and research to improve our products.

Business Engagement & Client Success

  • Support new clients during onboarding, helping them integrate our solutions.
  • Communicate with business clients to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business team to create materials that help companies promote mental well-being initiatives.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to make psychological concepts accessible to businesses.
  • Identify ways to improve client engagement and long-term platform usage.
