Remote Customer Service Position

This role involves engaging with customers via phone to resolve their queries, close sales leads, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via outbound calls to gather feedback, generate leads, and invite them to events.
  • Address customer inquiries via inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Update customer records using CRM software.
  • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Meet service level agreements set forth by the organization.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 40WPM.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Customer orientation and adaptability to diverse personalities.
  • No prior BPO experience required; fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Equipment:

  • Laptop or desktop with a Pentium processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • A4Tech HU 7P or Jabra USB headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Microsoft Office, PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, and Skype software.
