Be part of our dynamic team as a customer service professional responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and resolving customer queries.

About the Role
  • You will be making outbound calls to clients for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales, while also handling inbound calls to address customer concerns or close leads/sales.
  • Your task will include performing data entry to update our customer relationship management (CRM) software, responding to emails, creating reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive, and meeting service level agreements.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, typing speed of at least 40 WPM, ability to work under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. He/she must also be customer-oriented, adaptable to different personalities, intelligent, and a quick learner.
