IT Project Development Manager

Job Description

As an IT project development manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery.

Some of your key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research on the latest technologies to ensure we stay ahead of the curve
  • Establishing a network of vendors and suppliers to support our projects
  • Establishing initial contact with prospective clients and presenting our concept
  • Acting as project manager in the development of the project and being responsible for monitoring the implementation schedule
  • Improving existing systems to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Handling the turnover of the projects to ensure a smooth transition
  • Preparing necessary marketing materials and campaigns to promote our services
  • Coordinating with internal counterparts to draft legal documents, project costing/financials, and assess how the new project relates with other existing systems
  • Providing timely project status updates and generating reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and planning skills, good communication and presentation skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • A college graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any relevant field
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Work experience in a similar work environment is an advantage
  • Experience and knowledge in business and research development, project management, and project costing/financials is preferred
