Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing financial and administrative duties to support the growth of our organization.

This role is critical in processing invoices, transactions, expenses, and updating our accounting database to ensure seamless financial operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support functions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial and statistical statements and reports.
  • Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and rectify them in a timely manner.
  • Apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Gather and compile routine reports and summaries.
  • Collaborate with the audit team to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Organize expense records and supporting documentation necessary for tax preparation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Finance is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to work in Las Pinas City.
