Sr. Java Full Stack Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality software products.

  • This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing, developing, and implementing new features/software products, and ensuring seamless integration and software component delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining software components using Java frameworks, such as Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Participating in designing and implementing new features/software products, enhancing/maintaining existing ones, and performing QA testing on work and that of others.
  • Reviewing pull requests, asking clarifying questions, providing constructive guidance, and maintaining a healthy codebase.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of software projects while upholding established quality standards.
  • Continuously enhancing technical knowledge and sharing insights with the team.
  • Assisting in diagnosing system issues and implementing effective resolution strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, encompassing frontend, backend, and DevOps, with proficiency in Java frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in frontend development tools and frameworks, including Vanilla JS and React.
  • Competency in Object-Oriented Design, functional programming, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices) and deployment tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker).
  • Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
  • Possesses robust problem-solving skills.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on legacy code, particularly the Struts Framework.
  • Updated with the technology landscape, including current and future trends.
  • Proven track record in various software development projects.
  • Proficiency in system-level design and web services.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, spanning unit and integration testing.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability to ever-changing conditions and priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
