About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights to support business growth and success. They will also possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage the financial operations of ACCPRO INTERNATIONAL, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and success.
  3. Analyze financial data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. CPA or CFA certification preferred.
  3. Certification credentials in Analytics or Data Science is a plus.
  4. At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably with experience in preparing KPI dashboard reports.
  5. Experience in zero-based budgeting.
  6. Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting, background in BPO or service industries with a range of service portfolios and/or commercial entities preferred.
